Appointments & Cancellations
To allow as many clients as possible to secure their preferred service, Lac + Co strictly enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy.
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or late arrivals that prevent the service from being performed in full are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service.
Lac + Co reserves the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. If a credit card is not on file, the fee will be added to your next visit.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may not be able to receive their full service depending on scheduling availability. Full service charges may still apply.
Refund Policy
All services provided at Lac + Co are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Service Adjustments & Corrections
If a client is dissatisfied with a service result, Lac + Co must be notified within 7 days of the original appointment so the issue can be assessed. Any approved adjustments or corrections will be offered at the discretion of management.
Correction appointments do not qualify for refunds and are not guaranteed beyond the original assessment window.
Results Disclaimer
Hair services are influenced by many factors including previous colour history, hair condition, underlying pigment, texture, maintenance routines, and environmental exposure. While we strive to deliver consistent, high-quality results, outcomes may vary from client to client.
Right to Refuse Service
Lac + Co reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other clients.
